We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. We understand life happens — members receive one complimentary same-day cancellation per month.
Absolutely. When booking, simply select your preferred barber. We strongly encourage building a relationship with your dedicated artist as they learn your preferences, hair texture, and lifestyle for an increasingly personalized experience.
